Project Romney Marsh - ClickitUp Balustrading
Overlooking the sea our clients new home included an outdoor kitchen on a large paved area.
Wanting to maximise use of this facility as fully as possible and knowing just how a sea breeze can spoil a planned event, a means of protecting users from the worst of the wind was sought.
The Solution?
ClickitUp, our unique balustrade system, features an optional second pane that is operated by gas drives concealed within the uprights, when released, acheived by simply pushing down with a click, rises to 1900 mm and serves to protect users from the wind. The balustrade element was not needed here from a safety perspective being used instead simply as protection from the wind for the outdoor kitchen area to this stunning home.

Project Nr Margate - ClickitUp Balustrading
Another stunning individually designed home, overlooking the sea near Margate. In this case our client wanted balustrading to a first floor decked area to the rear of the property, overlooking the garden. The balustrade here was performing in its primary role as a safety barrier but our client wanted to be able to use the facility as often as possible.
The Solution?
ClickitUp, our unique balustrade system, features an optional second pane that is operated by gas drives concealed within the uprights, when released, acheived by simply pushing down with a click, rises to 1900 mm and serves to protect users from the wind.
We supplied the uprights colour matched to the fenestration in the house at the clients request, the system itself uses marine grade aluminium, with stainless steel fittings and glass, it's perfect then in coastal locations and will ensure a long trouble free life with no maintenance.
